My name Is Natalie Haas. I was born In Switzerland, where I spent the first 30 years of my life. My deep desire to get a more in-depth understanding of our human existence and its complications, how the human psyche works and also my own personal challenges, led me to wanting to explore questions such as….

  • What is the meaning of life?
  • Why do we have to struggle ?

How can we bring more happiness into our lives?

My search for meaning made me travel to far away places, work and live in countries like Turkey and Cuba. After I had exhausted all avenues of experience, after I stopped seeking outside of myself, I began to realize that there is no place left to go, but within.

I have been working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist since 2002, both in private counselling practice as well as being part of the largest eating disorder out patient clinic in Ireland.

My field of work consists of general counselling and I specialize In eating distress. I use various therapeutic approaches Including, Gestalt, CBT, Humanistic, the Psycholinguistic Motivational Program and Family Therapy in connection with Eating distress.

I am an accredited member of The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, IACP, as well as of The Academy for Eating Disorder, AED and SAI, Supervision Association of Ireland
