My name Is Natalie Haas. I was born In Switzerland, where I spent the first 30 years of my life. My deep desire to get a more in-depth understanding of, our human existence and its complications, how the human psyche works and also my own personal challenges, led me to questions such as:
– What is the meaning of life?
– Why do we have to struggle?
– How can we bring more happiness into our lives?
It made me travel to far away places and work and live in countries like Turkey and Cuba.
I have been working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist since 2002, both in private counselling practice as well as being part of the largest eating disorder Clinic, The Marino Therapy Centre.
My field of work consists of general counselling and I specialise In eating distress. I use various therapeutic approaches Including, Gestalt, CBT, Humanistic, the Psycholinguistic Motivational Program, Family Therapy, as well as a spiritual approach.
I am an accredited member of The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, IACP as well as of The Academy for Eating Disorder, AED
